<description>The Temecula Valley Dive Club is planning a trip on the Bottom Scratcher October 18th, 2008.  

The price for the trip is $125 which includes three dives such as Ship Rock, Sea Fan Grotto or Blue Caverns, 4 meals and a bunk aboard the Bottom cratcher.  Price for non club members is $135.



This trip includes, four, that's right, 4 buffet style meals.  There is so much food, you'll know why some call this boat, the Bottom Feeder! Also included are unlimited air fills and an &quot;Open Gate&quot; policy.  The boat has two heads, one with a hot water shower.  The boat is Coast Guard certified for 27 guests but we limit it to 23 for comfort.  The boat also has a lounge deck and a 18 foot chase boat &quot;Bubba&quot;, which is in the water when you are for your safety.

<title>TVDC Visits Roatan</title>

<description>A group of TVDC divers went to Coco View Resort in Roatan in July 5th for a week. The divers had a great time diving the reefs of Roatan. 

Over 40 travelers spent a wonderful week at Coco View Resort. Some of the divers dove 5 times a day while others took breaks to do some sight seeing and shopping.
A group of divers went on the Shark Dive Wednesday for the thrill of diving with over a dozen sharks. While a hand full of us choose the Dolphin adventure on Thursday.
Some of us also enjoyed the thrill of the Extreme Zipline in the Jungle above the resort. Coco View kept us entertained and well feed all week.  Hope to see you on next years trip. Stay tuned for stories from our trip.

You can help by supplying any of the follow items.  These items are used everyday by the PMMC to keep things running smoothly. Please bring any items to the April meeting.

Joel D. Silverstein is Vice president and Chief Operating officer of Tech Diving Limited, a dive equipment and training development company. He is the leading specialists in technical diver training and exploration. He is the author of three books, and six training programs, a major contributor to the NOAA Diving Manual, and well over 100 articles on scuba diving training, exploration, technology. He has conducted more than 5,300 dives with such noted expeditions to the USS Monitor, Andrea Doria, Wilkes Barre, SS Republic, co-locator of the B-36 Bomber in San Diego, and the first permit holder for the B-29 in Lake Mead.

The Avalon Harbor Underwater Cleanup is an annual dive event held in Avalon

  there. The event has grown over the years to become one of the most publicized
